Question: Can you provide business software help for my company?

Answer: Yes, Morse Associates is able to provide help in many business software applications to facilitate their use and increase productivity from your end-users.

Answer: Yes, we can access your software multiple ways, either via Remote Desktop, Webex, or by an onsite visit.

Question: What are your hours of business?

Answer: Morse Associates is available Monday thru Friday 9:00a to 5:00p EST. Upon request, we can be available after-hours and weekend hours at no additional cost.

Question: I have multiple software products, what can you service for us?

Answer: Morse Associates can service the following products for your business, Microsoft, VSI and Adobe products to name a few. Please ask for a quote today!

Question: I have a business Web site, can you provide services to better it for our customers?

Answer: Yes, Morse Associates can help you with our knowledge of Website design and we can help you improve use of the site to better serve your customers.

Question: If I want a logo and/or graphic design created for my site, can you supply this service?

Answer: Yes, Morse Associates can customize your logos or graphics as part of a site agreement.

Question: I have a design or graphic already, I want to use this on my site, can you place it there?

Answer: Yes, if you have this on disk or CD that's fine, we don't make people accept graphics we create solely. Also if this design is on a business card or business stationary we can scan this to disk and use our graphics programs.

Question: Can I get photo's of my business on my website?

Answer: Yes, you'll need to supply either the pictures to be scanned, on disk, or CD. We can take digital pictures of your business with our digital camera for a small additional fee.

Question: Can you set-up my domain?

Answer: Yes, Morse Associates can have you setup instantly with a suitable hosting company for your specific needs.

Question: Can you work on existing web sites?

Answer: Yes we can as long as you have the files available on disk, CD, or access to the server they're housed.
NOTE: Please make sure your out of any obligations to whomever created the site before releasing the files to Morse Associates.

Question: Do you use templates in creating websites?

Answer: Currently, we can if you request. Most of the website work done by Morse Associates is custom built. If there's a template that you want used in the construction of your site, we can work with it.

Question: What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer: We accept personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, and purchase orders.
